Confirmation of Orders
All orders are confirmed by email with the individual link to each cushion order for confirmation that the order is correct
UK orders
Postage is free for orders in the UK. Deliveries will be made by UPS Couriers within 5 – 10 working days, not including weekends or UK bank holidays. The courier tracking link will be forwarded to you directly from the courier so that you may track the journey and make any alternative delivery amendments if required.
Overseas orders
I deliver to most national and international destinations. Please email nichollette@vintagecushions.com before placing your order for advice on the shipping costs. Deliveries to all international addresses will take longer, but I try to send all orders by the quickest route possible. Delivery charges for outside the UK are calculated by volumetric weight, and are calculated by the couriers. European and International customers will be responsible for import and local taxes where appropriate.

Christmas orders
In order to receive your purchase in time for Christmas, please place your order by 15th December for UK delivery, and 5th December for international delivery.
Web sales received after 23rd December will be processed on the following 10th January

All prices shown are inclusive of VAT at the current rate and are in UK Sterling.

In addition to Paypal, the following cards are accepted: Visa, Delta, Maestro, Solo.

Right to cancel/refunds
You may cancel all or Part of your order prior to its dispatch. Please email nichollette@vintagecushions.com as soon as possible.
Returns
If you need to return a product please email nichollette@vintagecushions.com so that I can arrange forr UPS couriers to collect the item, please do NOT return any items without informing me beforehand
